TMC company over hired graduates and now is laying off staff. Not a huge layoff but they actually do layoff people now as SAP projects mature. They hire MTOs to show a strong project backing to clients then layoff later. Some seniors too. Mostly they were from SAP Student Life Cycle projects that were recently conducted in many universities They are mainly focusing on their training divisions Knowledge Streams and charging people for SAP training courses but they don't hire any fresh graduates from 2026 onwards. ERP is safer against AI but due to bad global economy companies don't want to invest in digital projects
