About Severd

Severd exists for one simple reason: before you apply, you should be able to see what the community has reported about a company.

Every report is moderated and labeled carefully. Reports are community accounts — they are not treated as verified official records, and labels reflect how much corroboration exists, not a verdict.

Votes are a community signal only. Corroboration requires multiple approved supporting reports — never vote counts.

Reporting is anonymous and free. If you've lived through a layoff, add what you know so the next person can decide with better information.
